In the second quarter of 2024, dragon-themed gaming apps on iOS have shown varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a glimpse at how five popular dragon games fared in the US market.
Dragon City - Breed & Battle! by Socialpoint started the quarter with a modest 1M in revenue, which dropped to zero in subsequent weeks. Downloads began at 358K but saw a declining trend, ending at 43K. Weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at 2.7M and closing the quarter at 1.9M.
DianDian Interactive Holding's Dragonscapes Adventure experienced steady download numbers, mostly hovering around the 30K mark, with a slight dip towards the end of the quarter. Active users saw a slight decline from 161K to 137K over the period.
Frost & Flame: King of Avalon, developed by FunPlus International AG, showed very low engagement with no downloads for the first two weeks. Downloads peaked at 22K in late May but dropped to zero by the quarter's end. Weekly active users saw a rise to 40K in early June, followed by a decline.
